“Sold out rooms opening weekend”
Our team has served as agency of record for a flagship hotel property since its opening in 2017. After smashing the grand opening with more than 150 VIP attendees, dozens of on-site media attendees at the opening, a sold out hotel for its first weekend, and more than 95 million earned media impressions within one week of opening (CNN, New York Times, Hotel Business and more), we set its sights on establishing sustained momentum and visibility for the property.
We balanced creative local media activations to support foot traffic, as well as national media to draw out-of-town guests. We planned and executed a collaboration with a local brewery to create an exclusive lager, available only at the hotel. We also capitalize on holidays and special occasions, conceptualizing creative cocktails for use in media outreach. Targeting national audiences, we’ve planned all-inclusive press trips, securing participation from Conde Nast Traveler, Architectural Digest, American Way, Huffington Post, Tasting Table, Elite Daily, Thrillist, AFAR, O Magazine, Fodor's Travel, Marie Claire, and National Geographic, to name a few.
